We ask that you disclose all pets that will be in the home during your scheduled clean.
There is an additional fee for pets that is charged.
There may be situations where the animal will need to be separated from where our staff will be cleaning. We instruct our staff to refrain from touching and playing with the pets, safety reasons, also to limit what could be transferred over to the next client who may have allergies etc., the staff are instructed to not clean up after sick pets or their bowel accidents.
24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of the scheduled clean, we charge 100% of the quoted job.

🌿We provide the cleaning supplies. However, if you request that we use your supplies, we ask that you notify us in advance of your scheduled clean.
🌿Typically, we do not provide a vacuum unless specifically requested.
🌿It is preferred that we use your vacuum so as to avoid transferring of allergens from one home to the next.
🌿 That is entirely up to you!
🌿You are not required to be at home during the cleaning service.
🌿In the event you are not home during the scheduled cleaning we will make arrangements with you to access the property.
🌿Ideally, eliminating distractions during a clean is key to allow our staff to carry out their work uninterrupted.
🌿In the event that you are working from home during a scheduled cleaning, our cleaning technicians will be respectful of your space, but we ask the room they are cleaning in be unoccupied to allow our cleaning technicians access.
🌿Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 7:00 pm
🌿Cleaning Hours: First arrival window will be between 8:00 - 8:30am
Last arrival window is between 2:00 - 2:30pm
🌿Note: These are approximate times and may vary. If you have any special time requests such as early morning or evening, please contact our office & we will do our best to accommodate you.
NOTE: If you require a clean outside of regular hours or on a weekend, contact our office to schedule.
